1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your wallet and using CapsuleHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please disconnect your wallet and do not use our services.

2. Service Description

CapsuleHub provides:

• Instant Swap: Exchange Capsule NFTs for DGRAM at 20% of locked value
• P2P Marketplace: Buy and sell Capsule NFTs with other users
• Private Listings: Create listings visible only to specific wallet addresses

3. Wallet & Security

• You are solely responsible for your wallet security and private keys
• CapsuleHub never has access to your private keys or seed phrase
• All transactions are signed in your wallet and executed on the blockchain
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible - verify all details before confirming

4. Fees & Transactions

• Swap Fee: You receive 20% of the DGRAM locked in your Capsule NFT
• Marketplace Fee: A platform fee applies to marketplace sales
• Discounts: Fee discounts are available based on your Capsule tier
• Gas Fees: Network gas fees (in DGRAM) are paid by you for all transactions

5. NFTs & Ownership

• CapsuleHub does not guarantee the value or future value of any NFT
• You are responsible for verifying NFT authenticity before purchasing
• Ownership transfers occur on-chain and are final once confirmed

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Engage in fraud, manipulation, or deceptive practices
• Conduct wash trading or artificial price manipulation
• Use automated bots without explicit permission
• Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

• CapsuleHub is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for losses from market volatility or price fluctuations
• We are not liable for losses from user error or compromised wallets
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability

8. Modifications

CapsuleHub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
